Our popular Spelt and Honey Loaf is made with Spelt flour, and sweetened with honey.
Spelt flour is a wheat which is grown in the way wheat was grown centuries ago.
It is particularly suitable for people who are on a reduced wheat diet, our customers find it helps with some dietary conditions (although we don't claim any health benefits other than the fact it is made with spelt flour).
